Jack is the CEO and President of GrassPerson Lawn & Landscape and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of DFW North, two family-owned companies he leads alongside his wife, Ann. Jack oversees the strategic direction and growth of both organizations, ensuring they remain true to their shared core values of People First, Service Excellence, Safety Always, Profitability, and Accountability.

A thoughtful and purpose-driven leader, Jack takes pride in shaping company culture and building teams that reflect those values in every client experience. He is actively involved in recruiting and developing key team members, fostering an environment where individuals can learn, lead, and thrive.

In addition to guiding strategy and operations, Jack continues to work with select clients and partners who share his passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is deeply involved in several church ministries focused on serving those less fortunate and in need within the community. 

As Co-Owner and Corporate Vice President of Grassperson Lawn and Landscape and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, Ann plays an integral role in leading both brands alongside her husband, Jack. With a gift for design and a passion for people, Ann ensures every client interaction reflects the company’s core values, integrity, quality, and care. Her focus on customer relationships and company culture has helped both businesses grow while maintaining their family-oriented foundation.

Ann is also a proud grandmother, and family is at the center of everything she does. Whether she’s spending time with her grandkids, or planning family get-togethers, she cherishes every moment. When she’s not working, Ann enjoys writing, painting, and playing pickleball. She’s also a published children’s book author and an active member of her church. Ann’s leadership style reflects her belief that business success is built on strong relationships—both within the team and with every client.

John leads the Grassperson Services Division, overseeing Landscape Design, Build and Maintenance operations across Denton and Collin Counties. With more than eight years of leadership experience, John is recognized for his precision, reliability, and unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Drawing on nearly a decade in the North Texas landscape industry, John blends hands-on design and construction expertise with a strategic management approach centered on quality, efficiency, and innovation. Under his leadership, Grassperson continues to strengthen its reputation for dependable service, proactive communication, and exceptional outdoor environments.

John believes in developing people as much as properties. He fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship—ensuring every project reflects Grassperson’s core values of People First, Service Excellence, Safety Always, Profitability, and Accountability. His goal is simple: to ensure every property Grassperson enhances stands out for its beauty, functionality, and lasting value.

Born and raised in Garland, Texas, Stacy Gorsuch has been part of the GrassPerson family since February 2006, making her the longest-tenured team member. As the head of HR, Client Services, and Accounting, Stacy manages everything from payroll and benefits to budgeting and compliance—keeping both the numbers and the people in perfect balance. Known for her organization, reliability, and steady leadership, she’s the backbone of many day-to-day operations.

In April 2025, Stacy proudly became a Gamma, a role that has brought even more joy and meaning to her life. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching travel softball, spending time with her three adult children, and doting on her new grandbaby. When she’s not at the field or with family, she can often be found reading a good book or listening to a true-crime podcast. Her passion for learning and love for her team make her an essential part of what keeps GrassPerson growing strong.

Mike joined Grassperson in 2019 and quickly proved himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable team member. He began as a field technician before advancing to Lawn Care Operations Manager, overseeing all lawn care operations, managing field staff, materials, processes, and client satisfaction. After three and a half years in that role, Mike transitioned into his current position as Account Sales Manager, where he focuses on building lasting client relationships and helping homeowners and property managers enhance their landscapes through customized landscape management and outdoor lighting solutions.

Mike takes pride in working for a family-owned and operated business that values teamwork, integrity, and service excellence. Outside of work, he’s been happily married to his wife Kristina for ten years, and together they have two amazing children—Anthony, who loves baseball and video games, and Natalie, who enjoys playing with their family’s German Shepherd. When he’s not helping clients or managing projects, Mike enjoys road trips, playing sports with his kids, and spending quality time with his family.

Landscaping has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started working alongside my dad when I was just 14, learning not only the trade but also the value of hard work and pride in what we do. Seeing how much my dad cared for his work—and sometimes how much he could’ve used a helping hand—taught me the importance of teamwork and looking out for one another.

After spending a short time working as a Water Quality Technician, I realized my heart belonged back in landscaping. There’s just something special about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and working shoulder to shoulder with the crews that make it all happen. Helping them grow and succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

Outside of work, I love watching football and spending time with my wife, Kallie, and our three amazing daughters—Dorothy, Autumn, and Gabriella. They’re my biggest motivation and the reason I give my all every day.

Devin Rodarte joined the GrassPerson Lawn & Landscape team in August 2023 and has since become a key part of the company’s customer service and client engagement efforts. With a strong focus on communication and client satisfaction, Devin serves as a vital link between customers and the various departments that bring each project to life. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring a smooth experience reflect GrassPerson’s dedication to quality and care. Whether it’s assisting with service requests, coordinating updates, or making sure client needs are met promptly, Devin strives to deliver a professional and friendly experience every step of the way. Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on all DFW sports teams. His genuine enthusiasm for helping others and his positive attitude make him a valued member of the GrassPerson team and a trusted point of contact for clients.

Born and raised in Sulphur Springs, Texas, Brian developed an early passion for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for well-maintained landscapes. Over the years, he’s built extensive expertise in turf health, soil balance, and irrigation management across North Texas.

As Lawn Care & Irrigation Manager at Grassperson Lawn & Landscape, Brian is known for his technical precision, hands-on leadership, and commitment to helping clients achieve greener, thicker, and more resilient lawns. He takes pride in designing care programs that combine science, efficiency, and personalized attention to every property.

Brian believes great results come from consistency and teamwork—values he instills in the crews he leads each day. His goal is simple: to make every lawn in the Grassperson family look its best, season after season.

When he’s not working, Brian enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, getting let down by the Cowboys, and spending time with his beautiful wife Maegan and their two daughters, Lilliann and Brynlee—who sometimes send him to work wearing a little nail polish as proof of his favorite title: “Dad.”
